Poor customer service, laughing at customers all the employees that’s closed June 13th at 9:47pm left the store unattended

I went to pick up an order and asked about their price and hours. When told they close at 10 I told the employee I'd be back for just a simple single scoop cone after dropping off the order I picked up. When I arrived they had all their doors locked 10 minutes before closing and several employees were still inside. I am so disappointed in their business when it comes to customer service.... I just really wanted my ice cream.... sadface 😔💔🍦

it's really good they have a bunch of different flavors!

Their ice cream is too soft. It's melting when they hand it to you . Turn up the freezers.

The store staff was quite impolite! I have a question about this store: why are they just giving half a scoop of ice cream for $3.89 while they are changing the entire amount? I plan to go there frequently. We can go to Urbana instead of this one as they never give us a whole scoop of ice cream. One man in particular, who works there every day, never properly keeps the ice cream.
